MICHELADA RECIPIE

 INGREDIENTS:

–       4 oz. Daisy Dukes Cajun Bloody Mary Mix

–       10 oz. beer (Mexican beer is preferable, i.e. Corona or Dos Equis)

–       2 oz. of fresh lime juice (whole lime)

–       1 oz clam juice


GARNISH

–       Celery salt

–       Lime

 

Prep Rim jar with celery salt.

 

POUR

Squeeze juice of whole lime into highball or beer glass, add clam juice, pour beer, then top with Daisy Dukes Bloody Mary Mix.

SERVE

In a highball or beer glass. Ice is optional. Garnish with lime.
